He began his career at Condé Nast, covering New York and Paris fashion, before moving into global leadership roles at Ralph Lauren. As Global Vice President of Creative, he oversaw everything from ecommerce and marketing to casting and campaign direction across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Paul’s expertise spans the full creative arc—photoshoot production, brand merchandising, UI/UX, and storytelling across platforms. Known for his collaborative spirit, he brings together the right teams and environments to elevate a brand’s visual identity with clarity and intention.
